Arden is a nationally board-certified acupuncturist and herbalist with 10 years of clinical experience. She holds a master’s degree from the AOMA Graduate School of Integrative Medicine as well as extensive postgraduate training in women’s reproductive health, mental/emotional health, and pediatrics. Her own experience struggling with postpartum mood issues eventually led her to study Chinese medicine and help women thrive during motherhood and beyond.
Arden offers a gentle acupuncture style and a collaborative, non-judgmental approach. Her work focuses on the following areas:
