Haley DeMarco, M.A., L.Ac.

Haley DeMarco (she/her) is a licensed acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. She started her training at the New England School of Acupuncture and transferred to Bastyr University (Seattle, WA), where she graduated with an MS in Acupuncture and East Asian Medicine. Prior to this, she received her BA in Environmental Studies at the University of Vermont, minoring in Psychology and Music.

Haley grew up in a family of holistic health practitioners. Due to being brought up this way, she has a unique perspective on viewing imbalances in the body, acknowledging the root of where they come from, and the proper modality to address them.

As a child, Haley had chronic gastrointestinal issues. Between all of the different Western doctors and diagnoses, she never experienced any relief. After years of discomfort and disappointment, she started seeing an acupuncturist which finally relieved her symptoms. The healing she received from acupuncture was inspiring to say the least. In high school, she did an internship with her acupuncturist at Integrative Acupuncture and Massage, which was the start of her journey in the art of healing.

Haley enjoys working with all populations and has a particular interest in women’s health. Her specialties include menstrual disorders, fertility support, pregnancy support, sports medicine, pain management, and balancing emotions. While trained in TCM (traditional Chinese medicine), she also applies Japanese-style treatment, which uses minimal needles in a very gentle and effective manner. This approach is great for children, the elderly, and anyone who may be sensitive to needles. When she’s not needling, Haley enjoys skiing and biking in the mountains and playing music.

Haley is now accepting new patients, and will soon be credentialed with insurance.
