CERTIFIED MASSAGE THERAPIST
Caroline graduated from the Wellness Massage Center and Institute in Saint Albans, Vermont, in 2019. After her previous career as a staff specialist and paralegal, massage school was a welcome relief from corporate life. She felt drawn to helping others and providing massage therapy to her clients has allowed her to fulfill that dream. Caroline works intuitively and each session is unique, soothing and deeply relaxing.
Caroline’s work includes the following modalities/ offerings:
- Swedish Massage: relaxing, calming.
- Deep Tissue Massage: for chronic muscle pain or injuries.
- Shiatsu: balancing.
- Reiki: energy work.
- Reflexology: foot massage using acupressure points.
- Thai: stretching/ releasing tight muscles.
- Hot Stone: warming, relaxing.
- Pre-Natal Massage
